| 摘 要： | 对连续两年(2004年和2005年)参加国家冬小麦区试长江流域(上游组和中下游组)的12个小麦品种(系)的8个品质性状及其与产量性状的关系进行了分析.结果表明:仅1个品种达到国标弱筋专用小麦品种品质指标;环境因素对容重、沉降值和稳定时间等品质指标的影响较大,其他品质性状主要由相应基因控制,受环境因素影响较小;蛋白质含量与湿面筋含量、沉降值与稳定时间、沉降值与最大抗延阻力、沉降值与拉伸面积,以及最大抗延阻力与拉伸面积等性状间在2004年和2005年均呈显著正相关;供试小麦品种的产量与品质性状间基本上无显著的相关关系,有效穗数与沉降值、有效穗数与稳定时间在两年度均呈显著正相关.
