摘    要:用水培法研究了Ca(NO3)2、KNO3、NaNO3和NaCl 4种盐对黄瓜幼苗鲜重、叶面积、含水量、脯氨酸含量和膜质透性的影响。结果表明:3种NO3--N肥对黄瓜幼苗生长的抑制作用:NaNO3>KNO3>Ca(NO3)2。营养液中,随着阴离子浓度增大,植株的含水量逐渐降低,但是NaCl和Ca(NO3)2处理好于其他2种盐;4种盐处理均使黄瓜幼苗脯氨酸含量升高;对黄瓜幼苗生长的抑制作用:NaNO3>NaCl。

Abstract:The effect of four kinds of salt Ca(NO3)2,NaNO3 and NaCl] on fresh weight,leaf area,water content,praline content and membrane permeability of cucumber seedling was studied in condition of solution culture.The results showed that compared with three kinds of NO3——N fertilizers,the inhibition effect on cucumber seedling was NaNO3 > KNO3 > Ca(NO3)2.The higher anion concentration of the nutrient solution was:the less the water content of the plant was,but NaCl and Ca(NO3)2 were better than other salts;four kinds of salts treatment increased the content of praline,which is beneficial to cucumber seedlings keeping water absorbing ability.At the same concentration of Na+,the inhibition effect on cucumber seedlings was NaNO3 > NaCl.
