| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了近年来用于检测隐孢子虫的方法,包括卵囊分离与纯化方法、卵囊染色镜检方法、免疫学检测方法、分子生物学检测方法。根据文献中表述的不同方法的敏感性和特异性,本文对所述方法的优缺点进行了对比分析,以便广大寄生虫病学工作者参考,在具体实践中选择比较适合的隐孢子虫检测方法。
