| 摘 要： | 中共中央《关于深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》提出了建设社会主义文化强国的目标,为中华文明中三大主源之一的草原文化创造了战略机遇。草原是草原文化的摇篮,草原文化对中华文化做出了重要历史贡献,提升草原文化功能,向社会主义草原文化强国迈进。

| Abstract: | The aim of construction of powerful country of socialist culture was promoted by the CPC Central Committee in "Decisions on Some Major Issues in Deepening Reform of Cultural System and Promoting Development and Prosperity of Socialist Culture ",it created a strategic opportunity for grassland culture,which is one of the three primary sources of the Chinese civilization.Grassland is the cradle of grassland culture which has contributed much to Chinese culture.The function of grassland culture should be enhanced to start our efforts to grassland culture power forward. |
