| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨石榴嫩枝扦插育苗技术。方法]将石榴嫩枝的插穗用配成0、50、100、200、300 mg/kg浓度的ABT生根粉和50、100mg/kg的旱地龙分别浸泡5和10 min后扦插在全光照育苗盘,观察石榴嫩枝扦插生根率与生根粉类型、浓度及浸泡时间的关系。结果]结果表明,对于ABT生根粉,用100 mg/kg浸泡10 min和用50 mg/kg浸泡20 min生根率最大 对于旱地龙,用100 mg/kg浸泡10和20 min生根率均最大,而ABT生根粉的根率生优于旱地龙。结论]生根粉对石榴插穗成活生根有促进作用。
