| 摘 要： | 以不同剂量核桃油连续给小鼠灌胃,3周后检测小鼠肝、脑组织中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活性。结果表明,与对照组相比,17mL/(kg·d)核桃油可显著(P<0.05)提高小鼠肝、脑组织中T-AOC,SOD,CAT,GSH-PX的活力,表明该剂量核桃油可以提高酶的抗氧化作用,且剂量达33mL/(kg·d)时效果最好。

| Abstract: | The activities of SOD,CAT,GSH-PX and T-AOC in liver and brain of mice were determined after three week intragastric supplementation of walnut oil of different doses.The results showed that,in contrast to normal control group,the dose of walnut oil of 17 mL/(kg·d) could obviously improve the activities of T-AOC,SOD,CAT,GSH-PX in liver and brain of mice,the best dose is 33 mL/(kg·d).It suggests that walnut oil had good effects of antioxidation on liver and brain of mice and may be used as an antioxidant. |
