基于微信的图书馆公众平台移动服务创新与功能实现

移动信息时代人们的阅读时间日益零散化、阅读需求个性化、信息接收移动化,传统的图书馆到馆阅读方式已经很难满足读者需求,基于微信的图书馆公众服务平台逐渐兴起。介绍了图书馆微信公众平台的系统架构,调研了图书馆利用微信公众平台开展移动服务的现状,分析了其中存在的问题,并从嵌入移动图书馆、智能读者荐读系统、个性化图书信息检索3个方面,深入探讨了基于微信的图书馆公众平台移动服务创新与功能实现。

Mobile Service Innovation and Function Realization of Library’s Public Platform Based on Wechat

In mobile information age, with the increasingly fragmented reading time, personalized reading need and mobile information reception, reading mode of traditional library has been very difficult to meet the needs of the readers, and library ‘s public service platform based on wechat is gradually rising. This paper introduced the system architecture of library’s public wechat platform, and studied its service status and existing problems, and discussed the mobile service innovation and function realization of library’s public wechat platform from the three aspects of embedded mobile library, intelligent recommendation system and personalized information retrieval.
