| 摘 要： | 本文认为思想政治教育工作者应对大学生的情绪及其宣泄有科学的认识;提出要从自然的排解、有效的转移与疏导、情绪的升华等三个层次帮助大学生由低到高,由生物本能到自我的成长再到个体与社会的统一,建立情绪宣泄系统,引导他们身心健康发展。
