ISCA对瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸代谢及纤维素降解率的影响

摘    要:通过5只装有瘤胃瘘管的绵羊,观察一种含铵的工业废液(ISCA)作为非蛋白氮饲料对瘤胃糖代谢的影响。采用自身对照,测定了添喂了ISCA前后瘤胃内挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)的浓度,PH值,温度及饲草中干物质(DM)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的消失率等指标,并且进行了病理学检查,结果表明,每只羊日添喂ISCA 100ml,除饲后2h试验期乙酸/丙酸比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05),外,上述各指标两期间均无显著差异,结果提示,ISCA对瘤胃糖类的降解与发酵过程及瘤胃内环境无不良影响,对消化道粘膜上皮和各主要实质脏器无毒副作用和直接损害。

Abstract:Five Mongolia sheep (10 12 month, BW avg. 20kg) fixed with rumen fistula were used to observe the effect of an Industrial Sewage Containing Ammonium (ISCA) as a non protein nitrogen supplement on carbohydrate metabolism responded the volatile fatty acids (acetic, propionic, butyric and valeric acid ) concentration and percentage , dry matter (DM) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) disappearance in forage in rumen. According to the design of each animal either controlled or treated before and after treatment, those items mentioned above and ruminal pH and temperature were determined before and after feeding ISCA, respectively, and the pathological observation was performed. The experimental results indicate that under the treatment of 100 ml ISCA being given, there were no significant differences between treated and controlled period except the propionic percentage of treated group significantly higher than that of controlled period (P<0.05) after feeding two hours and the concentration of acetic, propionic and butyric and total VFA of treated period were greater than that of controlled one after feeding eight hours (P<0.05 or P<0.01). It suggests that there are no any harmful effects on factors of ruminal environment and carbohydrate metabolism. The results of ptomatopsy and pathological tissular investigation show that there are no direct damage , toxicity and side responses in gastrointestinal tract and parnchymatous viscera. All of these indicate that ISCA as a replacement of protein diet has practical possibility in ruminants.
