草菇不同菌株的鉴别

摘    要:测定了草菇的6个不同菌株菌株间的拮抗性、酯酶同工酶,同时比较了不同菌株的菌丝生长速度。结果表明:6个菌株中,菌株V35与V112亲缘关系最近,其次是V110;菌株V35、V112与V110菌丝生长速度明显高于其他菌株,其中V112菌丝生长速度最快,长势最好。

Abstract:This experiment in the antagonistic action and isoenzyme pattern of six different strains was carried out and their growth speed of hypha was compared. The experiment result showed that among these six different strains, the V35 had the closest consaaguinity relation with V112 and closer consanguinity relation with V110. In addition, compared with the other strains, the strain V35, V112 and V110 had obviously faster hypha growth speed. Among them, V112 had the fastest growth speed and flourishs the most.
