瑞香狼毒根丙酮提取物对几种动物病原菌的抑制作用

摘    要:根据瑞香狼毒根中黄酮类物质的理化性质,将其丙酮提取物分为黄酮类A和非黄酮类B两部分。选用嗜水气单胞菌、肠型点状产气单胞菌、哈维弧菌、鳗弧菌、无乳链球菌、巴氏杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌等8种菌作为供试菌(前4种为水产病原菌;后4种为哺乳动物病原菌),结合活性跟踪采用倍比稀释法进行抑菌活性测定。结果表明,A部分对供试菌均有较强抑制活性,并从其中分离到两个有较强抑菌活性的化合物新狼毒素B(A1)和狼毒色原酮(A2);B部分对水产病原菌有较强抑制活性,并从其中分离到一个有较强抑菌活性的香豆素类化合物伞形花内酯(B1)。

Abstract:Accoding to the physicochemical properties of flavoniods from the root of Stellera chamaejasme L.,the acetone-extracts were divided into two fractions: fraction A(flavonoids) and fraction B(non-flavonoids).Eight bacteria(include four aquatic pathogens and four lactation pathogens) were tested,they are Aeromonas hydrophila,AeromonasPunctat fintestinalis,Vibrio harveyi,Vibrio anguillarum,Streptococcus agalactiae,Pasteurella multocida,Staphylococcus aureas and Escherichia coli,and the experiment was carried with both double dilution method and activity trace method.The results showed that fraction A can inhibit all the tested bacteria,and two compounds with biological activity were gained from fraction A,which are neochamaejasmine B(A1) and chamaechromone(A2);Fraction B showed activities only for aquatic bacteria,and one compound with biological activity were gained from it,which is umbelliferone(B1).
