花椒窄吉丁的入侵对花椒挥发物成分的影响

摘    要:采用固相微萃取及气象色谱质谱联用仪,分析比较花椒窄吉丁寄主植物花椒健康株与受害株叶片、嫩枝和韧皮部挥发性物质成分。结果表明,无论是花椒健康株还是受害株,各部位的挥发物组分都存在差异,总体以萜烯类化合物居多,其中以反式-β-罗勒烯、石竹烯、α-罗勒烯、荜澄茄油烯、α-蒎烯、律草烯、月桂烯、β-蒎烯、枞油烯为主;健康株与受害株挥发物成分在种类和含量上存在差异,健康株叶片、嫩枝和韧皮部分别鉴定出56种、51种、38种组分,共75种物质;受害株叶片、嫩枝和韧皮部挥发物分别鉴定出36种、49种、38种组分,共92种物质;乙酸芳樟酯在受害株各部位都有发现,可巴烯只发现在受害株嫩枝和韧皮部中,这2种物质未在健康株中发现;桧烯在受害株叶片和嫩枝中的含量较健康株有所上升,律草烯则有所下降,石竹烯在受害株各部位的含量较健康株下降明显。该研究结果可为进一步研究花椒窄吉丁寄主选择性提供一定的理论基础。

 Effect of Agrilus zanthoxylumi Infection on the Volatile Constituents of Zanthoxylum bungeanum

Abstract:The volatiles were extracted from the leaf,twig and phloem of healthy and Agrilus zanthoxylumi damaged Zanthoxylum bungeanum plants damaged by using solid-phase micro-extraction method and analyzed by gas chromatography-massspectrometry (GC-MS).The results showed that:The constituents and relative contents of volatiles had differences among different parts of healthy and damaged Z.bungeanum,and most of the compounds were terpenes,of which trans-β-ocimene,caryophyllene,α-ocimene,cubebene,α-pinene,humulene,β-pinene,myrcene,sylvestrene were dominant compounds.The constituents and contents of volatiles had differences among healthy and damaged plants,a total of 75 volatile constituents were identified from healthy plants,of which 56 ,51 ,38 compounds were identified from leaf,twig and phloem,respectively.A total of 92 compounds were identified from damaged trees,36 ,49 ,38 were from leaf ,twig,and phloem,respectively.Linalyl acetate was found only in damaged trees,copaene was found only in twig and phloem of damaged trees,these were not found in healthy trees.The relative content of sabinene in the leaf and twig of damaged trees were higher than healthy trees,while humulene took the opposite situation,the relative content of caryophyllene in the 3 parts of damaged plant declined evidently compared with healthy plants.The results would provide theoretical basis to the host selection of A.zanthoxylumi.
