灯台树叶枯病病原菌的鉴定及其生物学特性

摘    要:采用传统形态学和分子生物学相结合方法对灯台树(Cornus controversum)叶枯病病原菌进行鉴定,并采用室内培养法对病原菌的生物学培养特性进行研究。结果表明,引起灯台树叶枯病的病原菌为芜菁链格孢(Alternaria napiformis Purk.et Mall.)。适合菌丝生长的温度为20~35℃,适宜pH值的范围6~8,最佳碳源为乳糖,最佳氮源为酵母粉,适宜培养基为植物浸汁培养基。

Abstract:The leaf blight fungus of Cornus controversum was idendified by combining the traditional morphologicical and molecular biological methods.The biological properties of pathogens were examined.The results showed that the pathogenic bacterium was Alternaria napiformis.The optimμm temperature for myceliμm growth was 20-35℃ and the optimum range of pH was 6-8.The myceliμm grew best on the media with lactose as carbon source,yeast as nitrogen resource and the optimum medium for the myceliμm growth was vegetable juice medium.
