苜草素对产蛋高峰期蛋鸡生产性能与饲料养分利用率的影响

摘    要:旨在研究日粮添加不同水平苜草素对产蛋高峰期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和饲料养分利用率的影响,探究其在蛋鸡日粮中的应用效果。选取540只体质量和产蛋率相近的26周龄健康的尼克蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复18只鸡。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加300、600、900和1 200mg/kg苜草素。试验预试期7d,正式期70d。结果显示,日粮添加900和1 200mg/kg苜草素蛋鸡产蛋率与对照组相比分别显著提高2.65%和2.27%;添加900mg/kg苜草素组的平均蛋质量比对照组显著提高2.14%;各试验组的料蛋比与对照组相比差异不显著。日粮添加600mg/kg苜草素组的蛋壳强度和哈氏单位分别比对照组显著提高5.10%和2.28%;添加900mg/kg苜草素组的蛋质量、蛋壳强度、蛋白高度、哈氏单位显著高于对照组,分别比对照组提高2.37%、3.59%、4.59%和1.80%;整个试验期各组的蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄色泽、蛋黄蛋白比率均差异不显著。添加900mg/kg苜草素组蛋鸡的能量、粗蛋白和钙的表观代谢率均显著高于对照组,分别比对照组提高7.82%、9.30%、9.01%。各试验组总磷的表观代谢率均高于对照组,但组间差异均不显著。日粮添加苜草素对蛋鸡体质量、肝脏、脾脏、心脏器官指数影响不显著,但显著降低蛋鸡腹部脂肪含量。表明:苜草素具有提高产蛋高峰期蛋鸡生产性能、改善蛋品质和养分利用效率的作用,苜草素的适宜添加水平为900mg/kg。

Abstract:For evaluating the effects of dietary supplementing with polysavone on performance,egg quality and feed nutrient utilization of laying hens at peak production,540 twenty-six-week-old healthy Nick layer hens were assigned into 5 groups with 6 replicates,each replicate had 18 layer hens. The layer hens in control group were fed with maize-soybean basal diet,and other groups were provided with the basal diets which supplemented with 300,600,900,1 200 mg/kg polysavone. The experimental period was divided into two phases,including 7 days of pre-experiment and 70 days of experiment. The results indicated that the laying rate of group 900 and 1 200 mg/kg significantly increased by 2.65% and 2.27% respectively compared with control group,Group 900 mg/kg significantly increased average of egg mass by 2.14% compared with control group. Dietary polysavone did not affect the feed/egg ratio. Eggshell strength and haugh unit of group 600 mg/kg significantly increased by 5.10% and 2.28% compared with control group. The group 900 mg/kg had significantly effect on egg mass,eggshell strength,albumen height and haugh unit,which increased by 2.37%,3.59%,4.59% and 1.80%,respectively compared with control group. No differences in the egg shape index,egg shell thickness,yolk color and the ratio of egg yolk to albumen were observed among the experimental groups. The group 900 mg/kg was significantly higher on the apparent metabolic rate of energy,crude protein and calcium,which increased by 7.82%,9.30% and 9.01%,respectively compared with the control group,but no difference was found between five groups on the apparent metabolic rate of the total phosphorus. Dietary polysavone had no significant effects on liver,spleen,heart relative index,however,the abdominal fat content significantly decreased. In conclusion,polysavone can improve the laying performance,egg quality and the nutrient utilization of laying hens,the optimum supplemental level is 900 mg/kg polysavone.
