| 摘 要： | 本文研究了磺胺嘧啶在六匹健康成年马体内的代谢动力学过程。于给药后不同时间采血,用重氮一偶合比色法分析游离磺胺的血药浓度。通过对数图法和F—检验法确定为二室开放式模型。磺胺嘧啶在马体内的动力学参数值如下:消除半衰期(t1/2β)为5.41±1.45(小时);表观分布容积(Vdβ)为10.34±1.13(100毫升/公斤);清除率(CIB)为1.44 76±O.52(100毫升/公斤·小时)。本文还根据单剂量给药的动力学参数值,推算出多剂量给药的参数值。

| Abstract: | Pharmacokinetic process of sulfadiazine in six healthy adult horses wasstudied. Blood samples were collected at various times after the drug wasgiven, and analyzed for free sulfonamide concentration by diazotization-couplingreaction. Two—compartment open model was established by technique ofsimilogarithmic graph and statistically estimated in pharmacokinetics(F-value).The pharmacokinetic parameters calculated were as follows:eliminationhalf—life time(t1/2β), 5. 41±1. 45(h. );apparent volume of distribution of drug(Vdβ), 10. 34±1. 13(100ml/kg);body clearance of drug, 1. 4476±0. 52(100ml/kg·h). By studying the parmacokinetic parameters of intravenous injection dosing,parameters of multiple dosing were estimated. |
