摘    要:经过多年品种测试和多点示范,红宝石甜樱桃早熟、早果、丰产、稳产;果实色泽红、果肉硬、糖度高、酸度低、口感好。平均单果质量7.1g,最大果质量10.2g,含糖量14.8%,含酸量1.2%。汁液丰富,风味酸甜,适合绝大多数人的口味。果实抗裂果,需冷量短,既可露地栽培,也可保护地促成栽培。耐贮运,在0~5℃条件下,可贮藏40d以上,风味不变。

Abstract:Trials proved that Ruby is a new promising early sweet cherry cultivar. It is precocious and productive. Fruits are red in color, having a firm juicy flesh, high sugar and low acid content, averagely weighing 7.1 g, but reaching 10.2 g. Its sugar content is 14.8%, with an acidity of 1.2%. The nice acid-sweet flavor is quite popular to consumers. It is resistant to fruit cracking and has a good shipping quality, suitable for both open-field and protected cultivation.
