| Abstract: | Great progress has been achieved in study on growth and development of Bt(Bacillus thuringiensis) transgenic cotton(Gossypium hirsutum) and its cultivation systems by Shandong Cotton Research Center in recent 10 years.A summary and introduction of such progress was presented in the paper.It includes growth and development characteristics of inbred and hybrid Bt transgenic cotton,as well as their cultivation techniques.Culture practices for growing Bt transgenic cotton in coastal saline field was also briefly discussed. |
