中国古代农民职业教育方式

古代,中国农业之所以能够取得举世瞩目的成就,在很大程度上应归功于它有一些较好针对农民的职业教育形式。纵观我国古代农民职业教育的发展,归纳出它主要是通过设置农官、师徒间传授、出版农学专著和开设农业教育机构四种方式进行的。分别论述了它们的定义、发展以及作用,并分析了其典例。

Vocational Education Modules for Ancient Chinese Farmers

Chinese agricultural achievements owe much to the vocational education to farmers, which can be classified into four modules, namely, establishing administrative bodies and appointing officials in charge of agriculture; imparting agricultural knowledge between the master and the apprentices; publishing monographs on agronomy and establishing institutions to provide agricultural education. This paper expounds the definition, development and functions of the four modules and analyzes some of the typical examples in ancient Chinese farmers' vocational education.
