| 摘 要： | 学生思想政治工作是高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分。目前,在高校学生思想政治工作队伍建设中普遍存在着人员偏少、思想不稳、结构不合理、待遇差等问题。要进一步加强制度建设,提高政工人员素质,走专业化、职业化建设之路。

| Abstract: | The students' political work is the important portion of the political construction. Nowdays, the Construction of the Students' Political Work in College that exits some problems such as the lack of quantity, lock of stability in thought, the structure is unreasonable, the treatment is not very well and so on. We should deepen system construction, promote multiple quality and so on. We should deepen system construction, promote multiple quality and take a more professional 's way. |
