| 摘 要： | 供热系统从设计、建造、运行、维修、废除各个阶段都是不可忽视的,由于专业的特殊性,系统并不是建设好交付使用就算完结,因为其系统的后期运行管理及是至关重要的。本文简单的介绍了项目管理在供热系统运行过程中的重要作用,并举例说明了先进的管理技术给供热产业带来的变革与效益。
