棉籽壳棕色素的提取纯化及其稳定性研究初报

摘    要:首次从棉籽壳中提取和纯化了一种新的棕色素,紫外-可见光谱测定表明:该色素有两个明显的吸收峰,分别是231nm和278nm;pH值对色素的颜色有较明显的影响,但在同一pH值的条件下,色素的颜色能保持稳定;棉籽壳棕色素对光、氧化剂、还原剂稳定,各种金属离子对色素的稳定性有不同程度的影响,温度在80℃以下色素稳定。

Abstract:The brown pigment of cotton seeds coat was extracted and purified initially in this paper. There are two absorption peaks (231nm, 278nm) in its UV spectrum. The pigment color was affected evidently by pH values, but the pigment color kept stability at the same pH value. The pigment stability was not influenced by light, oxidants and reducing agents. Different metallic ions had different effects on the pigment stability .The pigment could be stable under 80℃.
