摘    要:以14个耐冷性不同的水稻品种为材料,经对照(20℃)和低温(10℃)处理后,测定分析幼苗叶片的耐冷指数以及对过氧化物酶同工酶凝胶电泳的分析。结果表明,经低温处理后,各品种差异较明显。低温与对照相比,大部分水稻品种多出1~2酶带。

Abstract:Fourteen rice varieties with different chilling-tolerances were treated under 20 ℃(control) and 10 ℃ to evaluate the chilling resistance index and peroxidase isoenzyme.The results showed that the differences among varieties under low temperature were significant.Most of rice varieties produced one to two new peroxidase isoenzyme bands at low temperature.
