基于都市农业评估理论谈上海工业反哺农业

都市农业是城市经济发展的重要组成部分。随着上海城市经济的发展,其工农业之间的差距逐渐拉大,工农比例严重失调,严重影响了产业间的均衡发展。从经济发展水平看,上海已经进入工业化中后期,完全有能力也有必要对都市农业实施反哺。本文主要从理论上分析都市农业发展的必要性,结合上海都市农业的发展现状探讨上海都市农业发展的具体定位,并给出相应的政策建议。

A regurgitation feeding from industry to agriculture of Shanghai City based on synthetical evaluating theory of urban agricultural development

Unban agriculture is one of the impotant portions of urban economy.With the development of urban economy, the gap is extending between industry and agriculture in Shanghai,which goes against its harmonious development.Shanghai has stepped into middle and latter stage,Therefore,it is necessary to make a regurgitation feeding agriculture.This paper attempts to analyses the necessity of developing urban agirculture of Shanghai and explore the concrete orientation based on its current developing situation.consequently,presenting some policy advice as a conclusion.
