温肾祛邪法治疗老年反复上呼吸道感染的临床研究

目的 观察温肾祛邪法治疗老年反复上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法 选取80例老年反复上呼吸道感染患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各40例。对照组予以抗感染及对症治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合温肾祛邪法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、T细胞亚群及不良反应总发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为90.0%高于对照组70.0%（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后的中医证候主症与次症总评分均低于本组治疗前及对照组治疗后（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后的CD4⁺/CD8⁺、NK细胞均高于治疗前及对照组治疗后（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应与对照组比较无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 温肾祛邪法治疗老年反复上呼吸道感染可有效增强患者免疫功能，改善患者症状，疗效更佳，再次复发风险小，长期用药副作用少，为理想方案。

Clinical Study of Wenshen Quxie Method in Treatment of Senile Repeated Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenshen Quxie (warming kidney and getting rid of evil) method in the treatment of senile repeated upper respiratory tract infection. Methods 80 cases of patients with senile repeated upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into the control group and observation group according to the random number table, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with anti-infection and symptomatic treatment, while the observation group combined with the method of Wenshen Quxie on the basis of control group. The total effective rate, TCM syndrome score before and after treatment, T cell subsets and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in the observation group and 70.0% in the control group (P<0.05). The total score of main symptoms and secondary symptoms after treatment in the observation group was lower than those before and those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). The levels of CD4⁺/CD8⁺ and NK cells after treatment in the observation group were higher than before treatment and those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was 12.5% in the observation group and 10.0% in the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The method of Wenshen Quxie can effectively enhance the immune function and improve symptoms of patients with senile repeated upper respiratory tract infection, which shows better efficacy, recurrence of small risk, less medication side effects for long-term.
