Abstract:
For the spoon chain way in the garlic box and seed spoon contact part easy to appear holes lead to leakage of the problem of research, the use of two-stage seed design ideas, optimize the seeding environment, through the two-stage seeding device structure design and theoretical research, determine the two-stage seeding device structure parameters. In the process of seeding, the spoon width, radii radius and bezel height of the seed are taken as the test factors, the leakage index, the replay index, the qualifying index are the test indicators, the multi-factor sampling test is carried out, and the test factoris is arranged for the main sub-factors affecting the performance of the two-stage seeding device as: spoon width、radii radius、bezel height. Using the Design-Expert software parameter optimization function, the optimization function is optimized to obtain the optimal parameter combination range with low leakage index, low replay index and high qualifying index as the constraint: when the spoon width is 24.2 mm, the arc radius is 18.8 mm, the bezel height is 12 mm, the theoretical leakage index is 1.90%, the replay index is 2.36% and the qualifying index is 95.74%. Through field tests, the leakage index of field tests was 1.8%,the replay index was 2.6%,and the qualifying index was 95.6%, which was basically consistent with the theoretical results and better than the local standard requirements of garlic seeders in Shandong Province.
