摘    要:以农业使用拖拉机发动机动力学平衡配重过程为研究对象,通过对发动机运转过程中的旋转动力学过程进行分析,得出发动机曲轴的惯性力矩不平衡关系,并采用配平的方式进行发动机往复力矩、旋转力矩及倾覆力矩的动态平衡配重.采用两种不同平衡配重方式进行发动机扭矩平衡验证,结果表明:与轴承受力配重平衡方式相比,曲拐对称安装平衡配重的方式能...

Abstract:This paper takes the dynamic balance weight process of agricultural tractor engine is taken as the research object. Through the analysis of the rotating dynamic process of the engine running process,the imbalance relationship of the inertia moment of the engine crankshaft is obtained,and the dynamic balance weight of the engine reciprocating torque,rotating torque and overturning torque is carried out by means of counterbalance. Two different counterweight methods are used to verify the engine torque balance. The test data show that,compared with the balance mode of bearing force,the crank symmetrically installed balance weight can effectively reduce the engine torque imbalance,and the average reduction range of unbalanced torque is 97%,which provides a theoretical basis for the research on reducing engine vibration characteristics.
