摘    要:锥管式固体氧化物燃料电池除具传统固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)优点外,分段套接串联式电堆结构使得外部连接简化,电流路径缩短,体积能量密度增加、轻巧便携。然而,在制备过程中,阳极、电解质和阴极的厚度选取与电池机械性能的优劣存在密不可分的关系,对各电极和电解质进行烧结时,材料间热膨胀系数的不匹配通常会导致残余应力的产生,影响电池性能。运用COMSOL软件对主要两电极和电解质厚度变化情况下锥管SOFC的残余应力、损伤几率和实际安全系数进行分析,为提高电池的稳定性提供理论参考。

Abstract:In addition to the advantages of traditional solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC),the cone-shaped tube solid oxide fuel cell adopts a segmented socket series stack structure to simplify the external connection,shorten the current path,increase the volume energy density,and be light and portable.However,during the preparation process,the selection of the thickness of the anode,electrolyte,and cathode is inseparable from the mechanical properties of the battery.During the sintering process of each electrode and electrolyte,the residual stress caused by the mismatch of the thermal expansion coefficient between the materials will affect the performance of battery.Therefore,this paper uses COMSOL software to analyze the residual stress,damage probability and actual safety factor of cone-shaped tubular SOFC under the condition of the two electrodes and electrolyte thickness changes,and provide theoretical guidance for improving the stability of the battery.
