摘    要:以谷物联合收割机为研究对象,通过对收割机使用过程中的秸秆还田过程进行分析介绍,得出收割机刀辊的使用寿命是影响收割机使用性能的关键因素.对收割机刀辊结构进行受力分析,结合刀辊的使用工况,利用ANSYS技术进行刀辊疲劳寿命计算.计算分析表明:随着刀辊转速的不断增加,刀辊的损伤系数不断增加,造成剩余安全系数降低,影响使用过程...

Abstract:This paper takes the grain combine as the research object,through the analysis and introduction of the straw returning process in the use of the combine,it is concluded that the service life of the cutter roll of the combine is the key factor affecting the use performance of the combine.Based on the stress analysis of the cutter roll structure of the harvester and the working condition of the cutter roll,the fatigue life of the cutter roll is calculated by ANSYS technology.Through the calculation and analysis,it can be concluded that with the increase of the speed of the cutter roll,the damage coefficient of the cutter roll increases continuously,resulting in the decrease of the remaining safety coefficient,affecting the human-machine safety in the use process.When the speed of the cutter roll exceeds 3500rpm,the safety performance decreases sharply.
