自控玉米收获机控制算法协同分析

摘    要:以玉米收获机控制算法为研究对象,对玉米收获机作业过程进行分析,建立收获机行进速度和脱粒滚筒转速之间的控制模型,研究喂入量与玉米收获损失率之间的关系。基于协同分析的方式,利用MatLab模糊控制推理模型搭建玉米收获机行进速度、拨禾切断装置转速、输送装置转速以及脱粒滚筒装置转速之间的相互影响关系。实验数据表明:各装置转速随着喂入量的变化而变化,拨禾切断装置和输送装置的转速变化时机与喂入量变化时机基本相同,脱粒滚筒转速变化存在相对延迟。

Abstract:This paper takes the control algorithm of corn harvester as the research object,and analyzes the operation process of corn harvester.The control model between the moving speed of the harvester and the rotation speed of the threshing drum is established,and the relationship between the feeding amount and the yield loss rate of corn is analyzed.Based on the collaborative analysis method,using the fuzzy control reasoning model of MATLAB to build the relationship among the speed of the corn harvester,the speed of the reel cutting device,the speed of the conveyor and the speed of the threshing roller device.Through the experimental data collection,it can be concluded that the rotating speed of each device changes with the change of feeding amount,and the timing of the rotating speed change of the reel cutting device and the conveying device is basically the same as that of the feeding amount,and there is a relative delay in the rotating speed change of the threshing roller.
