Abstract:The use of potato virus-free tissue culture seedlings to cultivate high-quality seed potatoes for planting is conducive to continuous high-yield potato production.At present,the production of potato tissue culture seedlings faces the problems of high labor cost and low degree of automation,and it is urgent to develop automatic production equipment for potato tissue culture seedlings.In order to guide the automatic differentiation equipment of potato tissue culture seedlings for effective transplantation and segmentation,this paper proposes to use image projection analysis method to identify the location of potato tissue culture seedling growth points,and improve the operation quality of potato tissue culture seedlings'subsequent automatic segmentation and transplantation.Image collection was carried out on 100 potato tissue culture seedlings that reached the transplantation stage,and image processing was performed using MATLAB.The growth point position of tissue culture seedlings was obtained by analyzing and processing the projection curve of each image.The processing results show that this method can accurately identify the growth point of potato tissue culture seedlings,the recognition accuracy rate reaches 90%,and the recognition performance is stable.
