移动终端智能技术在黑龙江省惠农信息服务中的应用

为全面落实中央关于农业农村信息化建设的战略部署,黑龙江省自2014年开始开展信息进村入户工程试点工作。围绕惠农信息服务内容,工程项目建设开发了以“惠农助手APP”和“惠农达人”微信小程序为代表的移动终端智能技术应用,应用系统整合“公益”“便民”“电商”“培训体验”等“四类服务”,全方位信息化服务农民生产生活。从信息、服务、技术等各领域实现惠及民生,具有极为重要的社会意义。疫情防控期间,黑龙江省农业农村厅全面部署信息进村入户工程建设,充分发挥工程服务应用效能,积极帮助黑龙江省农民和各级农业部门抗疫情、备春耕,为加快落实疫情防控、推进农业农村各项工作提供有力信息化支撑。“惠农达人”微信小程序通过黑龙江省各地公益直播活动组织,将信息进村入户工程主推“四类服务”内容在各地得到有效落地,破解了长期以来通过触摸屏终端提供单点信息服务的被动局面,从积极向上的角度进行方向指引,致力打造一档能够获得黑龙江省农民关注和信赖的信息服务品牌。
