基于CFD的智能蜂箱流场仿真分析

摘    要:
为了给一款智能蜂箱选择合适的风机安装位置、风机大小和巢框间距.基于计算流体力学的方法,运用Fluent软件对其进行了仿真模拟研究.通过对风机安装的不同位置及大小和巢框的不同间距进行仿真.最终得出了该款智能蜂箱风机最适宜的安装位置在底箱后侧板高3/4处,所选用的风机直径为5 cm,最合适的巢框间距为12 mm.

Abstract:
To select a suitable fan installation location,fan size and nest frame spacing for a smart beehive,the Fluent software is used to for simulation based on the method of computational fluid dynamics.By simulating the different positions and sizes of the fan and the different spacing of the nest frame,it was concluded that the most suitable installation position of the intelligent beehive fan was at 3/4 height of the back plate of the bottom box,the diameter of the selected fan was 5 cm,and the most suitable frame spacing was 12 mm.
