Abstract:In view of the low utilization rate of grain straw and the integrated operation technology of grain threshing and straw crushing is not mature enough in southern Xinjiang,an integrated machine of grain threshing and straw crushing was designed and developed.The device is mainly composed of a feeding device,a threshing device,a crushing device and a cleaning device.The design of the feeding device can prevent the material from blocking in the storage cavity and improve the feeding efficiency at the same time.Orthogonal test was carried out with drum speed and threshing clearance as experimental factors and non-threshing rate as experimental index.The experimental results show that the best combination that affects the cleaning rate is that the threshing cylinder speed is 500 r/min,the threshing gap is 15 mm,and the cleaning rate is 98.97%.Through single factor test,it is determined that the cleaning rate can reach 99.1%when the fan speed is 1000r/min;When the rotor speed of the crushing chamber of the crushing device is 1500r/min,the qualified rate of straw chopping length is 91.47%.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for the design and development of grain threshing and straw crushing integrated machine.
