摘    要:以抗旱性不同的大豆品种为试验材料,采用盆栽的方法进行干旱处理,研究了干旱胁迫对不同品种和同一品种不同生育时期大豆叶片质膜透性的影响。结果表明:在干旱胁迫前期,大豆叶片相对电导率和丙二醛含量都呈缓慢递增的趋势,但增幅较小,而后期增幅明显;在同一品种的不同生育时期大豆叶片相对电导率和丙二醛含量的增幅不同,花荚期大于苗期。

Abstract:Taking different drought-resistance soybean varieties as experimental materials, the effects of drought stress on the plasma membrane pemrability of different soybean varieties and different development stages of the same soybean variety were studied in pot culture condition. The results showed that in the former period of drought stress, both the relative conductivity and MDA content in soybean leaf showed the gradually increasing trend and they increased in a small range, but there were the obvious increment in the late period. In different development stages of the same variety the relative conductivity and MDA content increased in different ranges and they increased in a bigger range in flowering period than that in seedling period,
