关于防雷行政审批服务工作改革的探讨

山东省开展行政审批改革,以“一次办好、群众满意”为目标,简化审批流程,提高办结效率,同时也给审批部门提出了更高的要求。该文结合工作实际,分析了东营市气象部门依法开展防雷行政审批服务工作的现状,提出进一步改革防雷行政审批服务工作的措施。

Discussion on the Reform of Lightning Protection Administrative Approval

Shandong Province carried out the reform of lightning protection administrative approval.It simplified approval process and improved completion efficiency to finish approval once and satisfy masses, and at the same time, it raised requirements for approval departments. Based on the actual work, this paper analyzed the current situation of lightning protection administrative approval carried out by Dongying meteorological department, and put forward some measures for further reform of lightning protection administrative approval.
