| Abstract: | The lightning protection and disaster reduction system includes three parts: lightning monitoring and positioning system, lightning disaster database and lightning disaster work platform. It is an important basis for accumulating lightning data, studying the law of lightning activity and improving the ability of lightning prevention and disaster reduction. The construction requirements and methods of three parts were discussed respectively, which provided ideas for construction of lightning protection and disaster reduction system in Hainan Prefecture of Qinghai Province. |
