乙酸对鸭跖草种子萌发的影响

摘    要:mol/L时,萌发抑制率为68.4%;0.020 mol/L时,萌发抑制率为87%;0.025 mol/L时,萌发抑制率为100%。乙酸对鸭跖草种子萌发后胚根、胚芽都有抑制作用。随着乙酸浓度的增加,胚根长度、胚芽长度、ɑ-淀粉酶活性均呈下降趋势。

Abstract:Effects of acetic acids on the germination of dayflower seeds were studied. Results showed that acetic acid significantly inhibited the germination of dayflower seeds. With the acetic acid concentration of 0.01 mol/L, 0.020 mol/L and 0.025 mol/L, the retarded ratios of the seeds geminating were 68.4%, 87% and 100% respectively, with the increase of acetic acid concentration, the length of the radicle, the length of the plantule and a-amylase activity decreased.
