| 摘 要： | 为了给小麦遗传改良与育种利用提供依据,采用多样性指数分析了67份四川小麦地方品种6个农艺性状和36个品质性状的多样性。结果表明,四川小麦地方品种农艺性状的多样性指数差异不大,为2.000~2.064。品质性状的多样性指数变化较大,其中氨基酸含量的多样性指数变化范围为1.354~2.068之间,其余品质性状的多样性指数变化范围为1.668~2.390。由此说明,四川小麦地方品种在农艺性状和品质性状方面都存在较为广泛的多样性。

| Abstract: | The 6 agronomic characters and 36 quality characters of 67 wheat landraces in Sichuan were investigated and analyzed by using method of diversity index to provide useful information for the genetic improvement of wheat.The results indicated that diversity index of agronomic characters varied from 2.000 ~2.064.The ranges of diversity indexes of the quality characters were more larger.The diversity indexes of amino acids contents and the rest quality characters were from 1.354~2.068 and 1.668~2.390,respectively.These results showed that there was an abundant genetic diversity among agronomic characters and quality characters in Sichuan wheat landraces. |
