摘    要:光温敏核不育水稻(PTGMS)在连云港自然条件下具有明显的育性转换期,各材料出现的时间不同,中粳、中籼型发生在8月下旬至9月初,早籼、晚粳型发生在9月上、中旬,粳型育性转换比籼型迅速、彻底。各不育系对低温、日长的反应不同。其对低温的敏感期为雌雄蕊分化期至减数分裂期。

Abstract:The evident fertility trans formation stages of several PTGMS lines were observed under the natural conditions of Lianyungang area. Intermediate sinica and intermedicate Indica PTGMS lines showded steadily-expressed fertility in the period from late Aug. to early Sept. , While early Indica and late Sinica lines did in the period from early Sept. to middle Sept. and the fertility changes of Sinica lines were more rapid and more evident than that of Indica.The result of a low temperature treatment (LTT) showed the crutial period of susceptibility to LTT lies from the initiation stage of pistil and stamen to meiosis stage. A certain PTGMS line had different fertility expressions under different ecological conditions in this study.
