| 摘 要： | 文章依据豫中烟区(许昌、平顶山和漯河)1 920份调查问卷,从烟农的角度对烟叶生产稳定发展进行了实证分析。结果表明:与种植其他作物比较,种烟收入相对较高,收入比较稳定,烟农对种植技术比较熟悉,对烟草部门的服务基本满意,但同时也存在制约烟叶生产稳定发展的因素,主要表现在烟农年龄大、文化程度低,基础设施薄弱,风险救助滞后,户均种植规模小,品种抗病能力差,煤炭价格上涨过快等,在此基础上提出了促进烟叶生产稳定发展的对策建议。 |

| Abstract: | The demonstration analysis of the stable development of tobacco leaf production was conducted from the angle of growers according to 1920 questionnaires in the central section of Henan province （Xuchang, Pingdingshan and Luohe）. The results showed that compared with planting of other crops, growing tobacco brought more and stable incomes. Tobacco growers were skilful and content with the service of the to- bacco departments. The limiting factors for stable development of tobacco leaf production were older ages and lower education levels of the growers, the weak infrastructure, the laggard risk salvation, the small growth scale per farmer, the short anti-disease ability variety, the rise in price of coal, etc. The countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote stability development in tobacco leaf production on this foundation. |
