钾素调控植物光合作用的生理机制

摘    要:
ttttt目的ttttt探究钾水平对二年生三七[Panax notoginseng (Burk) F·H·Chen]农艺性状和质量性状的影响。tttttttttttttttttt方法ttttt通过盆栽试验研究不同钾水平[0、225、450、900、1 350 kg/hm2氧化钾(K2O)]对二年生三七植株的外观形态、生物量、叶片解剖结构及皂苷含量的影响。tttttttttttttttttt结果ttttt三七的株高、冠幅、叶面积、茎粗及植株的干重在450 kg/hm2钾水平下最高,但是根冠比、根质比和叶质比差异不显著。须根数在900 kg/hm2处理下最多,主根长、块根长、块根直径和根系体积在450 kg/hm2处理下达到最大值。450 kg/hm2 处理下,叶片厚度、上表皮厚度、栅栏组织/海绵组织和栅栏组织/叶片厚度显著低于其他处理(P<0.05)。剪口和主根的总皂苷百分含量在450 kg/hm2钾水平下达到最大,须根的总皂苷百分含量在1 350 kg/hm2达到最大。剪口、主根和须根的单株总皂苷含量均在450 kg/hm2处理下达到最大。tttttttttttttttttt结论ttttt本试验条件下,450 kg/hm2的钾水平最有利于二年生三七生长及皂苷含量的积累。ttttttttt

Abstract:
tttttPurpose tttttTo explore the effects of different potassium levels on agronomic traits and quality traits of the two-year-old Panax notoginseng.ttttttttttttttttttMethodtttttThe effects of different potassium levels [0, 225, 450, 900, 1 350 kg/hm2 potassium oxide (K2O)] on the appearance, biomass, leaf anatomical structure and saponin content of two-year-old P. notoginseng were examined by pot experiment.ttttttttttttttttttResulttttttAt the 450 kg/hm2 level of potassium, the plant height, crown width, leaf area, stem diameter and plant dry weight of P. notoginseng reached a maximum value, however, there were no significant differences in root-shoot ratio, root-mass ratio and leaf-mass ratio. At the 900 kg/hm2 level of potassium, the number of fibrous roots were the most, and at the 450 kg/hm2 level of potassium, the taproot length, tuber root length, tuber root diameter and root volume reached the maximum. Leaf thickness, upper epidermis thickness, palisade tissue/sponge tissue and palisade tissue/leaf thickness were significantly lower than those of other potassium treatments at 450 kg/hm2 potassium level. Both the percentage of total saponins in rhizome and taproot reached the maximum value at the level of 450 kg/hm2 potassium level, and the highest percentage of total saponins in fibrous root was appearance under 1 350 kg/hm2 potassium level. The content of total saponins per plant of rhizome, taproot and fibrous root reached the maximum under 450 kg/hm2 potassium level.ttttttttttttttttttConclusiontttttIn the present experimental conditions, the potassium level of 450 kg/hm2 was most beneficial to the growth and accumulation of saponins in two-year-old P. notoginseng.ttttttttt
