| 摘 要： | 采用不同的预处理措施对贮藏15个月的湿地松种子进行处理。结果表明：不同的预处理措施对湿地松种子的活力影响不同。赤霉素（GA3）和聚乙二醇（PEG）处理，能显著提高种子活力。用尿素处理也能在一定程度上提高种子活力。而有机溶剂丙酮处理，对湿地松种子活力未见有明显影响。

| Abstract: | Pinus elliottii seeds stored for 15 months were processed with 4 treatment methods.The results showed that various treatment methods had different effect on the seed vigor of P.elliottii.Treating with gibberellin(GA3) solution and Polyethylene glycol(PEG) solution,the seed vigor was improved obviously.Seed vigor was improved to some degree with urea solution treatment,while organic solvent-acetone did not improve the seed vigor of P.elliottii. |
