陕西省小麦农家种主要农艺性状及其白粉病抗性评价

摘    要:
以陕西省普通小麦农家种为对象,开展了其主要农艺性状(株高、穗粒数和千粒重)和白粉病抗性的研究。结果表明:株高≥110cm有768份,占总体的66.7%;穗粒数在20 ̄40粒之间的有647份,占总体的56.2%;千粒重较小,主要在20 ̄30g之间,有858份,占总体的74.5%。苗期白粉病抗性鉴定结果表明:对白粉病表现免疫、高抗和中抗的农家种分别有2份、13份和63份,分别占总体的0.2%、1.1%和5.5%。通过调查分析,从中筛选出株高较低、穗粒数较多、千粒重较大和白粉病抗性较好的材料12份,这些材料综合性状优良,在普通小麦的品种改良,尤其在抗病育种中具有重要的应用价值。

Abstract:
It is investigated and analysed that main agricultural properties(plant height?kernels per spike?1000 grain weight ) and powdery mildew disease resistance of 1152 accessions landeraces of Triticum aestivum of Shaanxi. The results showed that landaraces plant hight is high ordinary, 768 varieties of more than 110cm is about 66.7% to the total; kernels per spike of count among 20~40 there is 56.2%; 1000grain weight is relatively light there is 74.5%among 20~30g. The dialogue powdery disease has 2 to account for total 0.2% immunly,what high resisted has 13 to account for an overall 1.1%, middle resisted has 63 to account for total 5.5%, screen plant height, Kernels per spike, 1000 grain weight, powdery mildew better material of resisting etc from it to go on. 12 materials that the resisting of powdery mildew is better. these comperehensives properties of material are fine, improve in the quality of the ordinary wheat, there is important using value in the especially disease-resistant breeding.
