| 摘 要： | 目前我国高校发展可支配资源不足，教育经费供需不平衡矛盾突出，严重制约高等教育发展，建议结合我国实际，充分借鉴国外成功经验，实现高等教育从教学型、研究型转向创业型，有效解决高等教育经费不足问题。

| Abstract: | At present, the deficiency of disposable resources and unbalanced supply-demand curve of educational funding have restricted the development of higher education. By combining with the current situation of China’s higher education and learning from the abroad successful experience, we suggest that the transformation of higher education from teaching or researching university to entrepreneurial university should be an effective way to solve the problem of funding shortage. |
