摘    要:
对马来西亚无胶菠萝蜜在海南的品种表现性状进行研究,结果表明,8 a树龄植株果实为长椭圆形(果形指数为2.11,平均值,下同),果实横径(25.47 cm)、包刺长(0.59 cm)、果轴重量(1.47 kg)、果轴横径(7.73 cm)、果苞数(211.7枚)、种子数(176.3粒)、百粒种重(822.46 g)、种子纵径(3.74 cm)、种子横径(1.95 cm)等9项指标与对照相当;而单果重(18.02 kg)、株产(369.7 kg)、果实纵径(53.47 cm)、果皮重(2.34 kg)、果皮厚(1.17 cm)、果轴纵径(46.70 cm)、单果苞重(43.69 g)等8项指标均极显著或显著地高于对照;包刺密度(180枚/dm2)则显著低于对照;果苞厚(0.57 cm)、可食率(51.33%)与本地湿苞种(SS1)相近,而显著大于本地干苞种(SS2);TSS含量(17.39%)显著低于SS2,但高于SS1。

Abstract:
The varietal performance traits of Malaysian latex-free jackfruit in Hainan were studied. The results showed the fruits of 8-year-old plants were oblong shaped (fruit shape index=2.11, average, similarly hereinafter) in which there were no significant difference in 9 kinds of indexes including the fruit transverse diameter (25.47 cm), spike length (0.59 cm), fruit axis weight (1.47 kg), fruit-axis transverse diameter (7.73 cm), number of bulbs (211.7) and seeds (176.3), 100-seed weight (822.46 g), seeds longitudinal diameter (3.74 cm) and transverse diameter (1.95 cm) while comparing with the control; but 7 kinds of indexes such as the fruit weight (18.02 kg), yield per plant (369.7 kg), fruit longitudinal diameter (53.47 cm), rind weight (2.34 kg), rind thickness (1.17 cm), fruit-axis longitudinal diameter (46.70 cm) and single bulb weight (43.69 g) were significantly (p<0.01 or 0.05) higher than control and the spike density (180/dm2) was significantly (p<0.05) less; the bulb thickness (0.57 cm) and edible rate (51.33%) were not more than the wet-bulb variety (SS1) but significantly (p<0.05) more than the local dry-bulb variety (SS2); the TSS content (17.39%) was just between dry-bulb variety and the wet-bulb variety at p<0.05 level.
