牧草遗传资源核心种质及其构建

牧草遗传资源是牧草遗传与育种研究的基础材料，然而数量庞大的遗传资源给牧草种质资源的收集、保存、研究和利用带来诸多不便，因此，有必要开展牧草遗传资源核心种质研究。本文系统阐述了牧草核心种质的概念、构建方法、步骤和核心种质的管理。

Core Collection of Pasturage Germplasm Resources and Its Establishment

In recent years, the pasturage germplasm resources have increased rapidly, which provides the expansive genetic bases for pasturage breeding and heredity study. However, many difficulties are met in collection, conservation, research and utilization of pasturage germplasm resources because of its huge size, so it is necessary to study and establish the core collection of pasturage germplasm resources. This paper describes the concept, establishment method and management of core collection of pasturage germplasm resources.
