| 摘 要： | 随着RSS技术的推广和广泛应用,KSS技术开始向图书馆信息服务领域延伸.分析介绍了KSS技术的概念、特点、实现原理及其在图书馆数字参考咨询服务中的应用,包括KSS与EAQ、Blog的结合应用,KSS与联合参考咨询等,并提出一些建设性意见,为图书馆参考咨询服务信息技术的应用和提升服务质量提供了一个参考.
