摘    要:对设施葡萄衰老时叶片中叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质、膜的透性、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)进行了测定和理论分析,以研究不同上市时期的设施红地球栽培后期叶片衰老时的生理变化特征。结果表明:促早和延后栽培条件下葡萄衰老时叶片的叶绿素含量都在缓慢减少,延后栽培叶绿素含量显著高于其它处理;可溶性蛋白质含量呈现先升后降的趋势,其中露地环境下叶片内蛋白质含量的最大值比其他处理的最大值高但后期下降较快,延后栽培的叶片可溶性蛋白含量较低但后期下降较缓慢;葡萄叶片细胞膜的相对透性在生育后期都呈上升趋势,露地(CK)>促早2>延后≈促早1;促早和延迟栽培条件下葡萄衰老时叶片MDA呈普遍上升趋势,在葡萄生育后期(9月16日以后)MDA含量表现为露地>促早1>促早2>延后;促早和延后栽培条件下葡萄后期叶片SOD酶的活性呈双峰曲线,都表现为延迟>露地>促早,而POD活性的变化都呈现先升高再下降的趋势,延后栽培的POD活性显著高于促早和露地葡萄;葡萄叶片衰老过程中叶绿素、蛋白质、SOD和POD活性在9月25日以后都表现出相同的缓慢下降趋势,而膜透性和MDA含量明显上升,说明从这个时候起植物正式进入衰老期。
