摘    要:摘要:蔬菜和花卉的生产大多需要巨量种苗供应,不可避免应实现种苗的生产和供应的自动化,变传统农业为现代农业。针对传统育苗栽种流程,该文设计了以AT89S52单片机为核心,8255A接口芯片为扩展,用来控制生产线上各个部位的执行电机的自动化试验生产线,将传统的人工育苗方式:基质装盘、基质压穴、播种、覆基质、浇水5部分结合于一体,并在实验室安装出试验机生产线,试验证明其运行可靠。该研究可为未来设计和制造育苗的自动化生产线提供参考。

Design of automatic seedling production line based on AT89S52
Abstract:Planting vegetables and flowers mostly need enormous seedling supply. It is inevitable to realize the seedling produce and supply automatically, so as to turn the traditional agriculture to the modern agriculture. According to traditional process for planting, an automatic seedling production line was designed, which taking the AT89S52 microcontroller as the core, taking the interface chip of 8255A as the I/O extended port to control all of the motors. The production line is combined the five traditional hand-made seedling procedures together: soil base filling, soil base pressing, seeding, covering and watering. The automatic line experiments were conducted in the lab, and the test results showed that it worked smoothly and stably. This research provided a reference for the design and manufacture of automatic seedling line in the future.
