摘    要:以亮叶白掌为试验植物材料,采用以性能稳定的新型光源冷阴极荧光灯(CCFL)为光源材料,探讨了新型光源CCFL对白掌试管苗生长的影响,研究了适合白掌组培苗生长的光质条件及新型光源CCFL在植物组培中的应用和发展前景。结果表明:新型光源冷阴极荧光灯(CCFL)对白掌试管苗生长的影响:白光处理下白掌组培苗的株高、叶长、叶幅、根数和根长均达到最大值,并且白掌组培苗的鲜重也在此处理下也达到最大值,其次为70%R+30%B处理,且这2个处理都优于对照处理。干物率和根系活力的最大值出现在对照处理下,而在70%R+30%B处理下白掌组培苗的可溶性糖含量达到最大值。白光处理和70%R+30%B处理下的白掌组培苗生长状况最佳,且优于对照处理。

Abstract:To get high-quality in vitro and large-scale production, adopt the affects of cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL) as light emitting materials, the author used bright leaves of Spathiphyllum as the experiment plant material to explore the effectiveness of the cold cathode fluorescent lamp in the production for Spathiphyllum jamesonii in vitro, discussed the best light quality for Spathiphyllum in vitro large-scale production, discussed the perspective of novel radiation resource CCFL in Spathiphyllum in vitro production. The results showed that: the affects of cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL) as light source on Spathiphyllum in vitro culture: the stem length, leaf blade, blade width, roots and root length all reached the maximum in the white CCFL light, and the fresh weight also reached the maximum, followed by the CCFL of the red/blue ratio of 7:3, and they were better than the CK. The dry matter rate and root vigour reached the maximum in the CK, but the soluble sugar content reached the maximum in CCFL of the red/blue ratio of 7:3. The Spathiphyllum in vitro grew best in CCFL of the red/blue ratio of 7:3. White light consisted of plantlets and 70%R 30%B treatment under the best grown status, and was better than the control treatment.
